Terms of Service

These draft terms describe intended use of Venedon CLM (the “Service”) for authorised organisation users. They are provided so signup can link to public Terms and Privacy pages; they are not final commercial terms.

The Service

Venedon CLM provides contract lifecycle intelligence features (upload, analysis, portfolio workflows). It is not a substitute for legal advice. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect; humans remain responsible for commercial and legal decisions.

Accounts

You must provide accurate organisation and user information, keep credentials secure, and use the Service only for lawful business purposes on behalf of your organisation.

Customer data

Your organisation retains rights in customer content uploaded to the Service. We process that content to provide the Service as described in the draft Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other tenants’ data, overload the Service, or use the Service to process unlawful content.

Disclaimers (draft)

Until counsel finalises warranty and liability language, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis for pilot evaluation. No SOC 2, ISO, or other certification is claimed by these draft terms.
